I have a Pentium 200 MMX PC. Also a SCSI controller card and a 9.1GB SCSI HD.
I would like to add a 20GB-plus Ultra-ATA HD.
Will this clash with my SCSI controller card and HD?
Do I have to add any additional controller cards to enable the Ultra-ATA drives to work?
I have subscribed to Computer Video and will be receiving my complimentary removeable HD docking bay. Can I simply connect this to the motherboard and use the Ultra-ATA drive in it?
Thanks in advance.

You can use both SCSI and EIDE disk drives in the same system at the same time, no problem. Many people do this. Until the advent of fast EIDE drives almost everybody did it.

There should already be an EIDE controller built-in to your motherboard. So you shouldn't need another controller. Check to make sure that the controller you have is ATA-33 compatible though. Anything less that 2 years old will be.!

Yes you should be able to use the drive in the drive bay that you will be getting soon.

I didn't use the drive bay as my EIDE cable wouldn't reach and I just couldn't be bothered to purchase a new one and then take my PC to pieces all over again.
