Is it possible to have the video AND audio stored in a single DIF file (like AVI, MPG, and MOV do)?
The tests I have done so far put the video in one file, the left audio in a second file, and the right audio in a third file. I'd like to have everything in a single file for easier archiving.
I do not have a DV camcorder yet, so everything needs to be stored on my computer for now.
Thanks,
Anthony

FWIW: An advantage to the separate files is that it make it convenient to do some serious editing of the audio portion.
You maybe able to use Premiere to make a movie to a single file.
