Audio files

If I captured DV or SVHS file through fastDVnowAV and after that play it in the fastHDplayer or Premiere the audio quality is excellent. But, if I export audio to wav (in Premiere 6.0) the audio quality of wav file becomes very low and not enough good for making audio CD's. Also, I noticed that if I export premiere project to dif file, the audio quality is the same as in the captured file, excellent.
Q1:What's wrong with audio in premiere?
Q2: is there any good audio capture plug in
for Premiere - free or low-cost?
Q3: is there any possibility for exporting audio directly from fastDVnowAV to wav?
