AV synchronisation problems

Hi, there!
I have problems in capturing from analog or digital source through FastDVnowAV. Audio and Video are not synchronized, I have problems if I capture in FF or in Premiere, not matter. I have windows sound system off.
When I capture from miniDV /Canon/ on the camera monitor it seems synchronised, but on the PC monitor isn't.

Where I made a mistake?

I have PIII 833Mhz, 256Ram, IBM 40Gb SCSI disc, Ati Radeon 32Mb, Premiere 6.01.

Make sure you have plenty of room on your hard drive. And more importantly, it is defraged.

Is it out of sync when you play the captured video clip, or just while it is being captured?

I have a lot of place on disk and I defragmented it but I still have problems with AV sync when I play captured files from disk. It's not problem dropping frames, just video and audio files aren't synchronized.
before this card I have Fast AVMaster and Media studio and it works great for analog sources. I bought Fast DVnowAV becouse I bought new miniDV camcorder.

I'm sure that I'm doing something wrong in prefs but I can't find what.
Maybe is something about Win2000?

Is it out of sync by a fixed number of frames in each clip? does it change from clip to clip? or does the sync drift within a clip?

Is the audio running fast or slow (behind) relative to the video

Are you capturing to a dedicated AV drive, or to your system drive? Which variation of SCSI are you using? 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 160?

I haven't solve my problem yet.

I'm sure that I make one fault but still I don't know what. Because the first videos I grab with this card are been synchronized. After that, new videos, I captured with different prefs, in FF or Premiere aren't synchronized. Audio is slower than video, for example:
I mostly need this card for capturing live recording videos
( http://www.ilbis.com/medija ) - this is a page for understanding what I'm doing. So, the synchronisation must be perfect, of course, this isn't matter for internet real video clips, but for divx and MPEG.
And, if the captured clip is 3 minute long, for example, when I try to play it from hard drive audio is slower than video, on the 1 minute of playing, audio and video are almost synchronized but in the end of clip is audio desynchronised again.
I cannot solve this yet almost a week I try to change prefs in Premiere or FF but the problem is still here. Distributor in my country doesn't know where is the mistake but is ready to make new prefs of my computor for 150$. HEY! I can't afford to pay him this money.
I captured to my AV drive - Ibm UWSCSI.
