Hi
At the risk of comments about egg sucking and grandmothers I'd like to share a working workflow for Blu-ray burning - having just burnt my first. I'm using a PC with Encore CS5 (which I'm not impressed with because of the highlight overlay problems in menus - but have made design changes as a work-round but that's another post)
Ok, from Encore working in a 1080i blu-ray project the disc was built to a folder on my data drive. 1.5 hours at high quality 1080i took about 25 minutes to output (but I didn't sit and watch it)
Using Imgburn (free and very reliable) dragged both the finished BDMV and CERTIFICATE folders into the root of the Imgburn file dialogue.
Imgburn options panel: set file system to UDF (although if you miss this Imgburn will prompt you before you burn), and UDF revision to 2.5
Hit burn. And thanks to the topic started by Ron

I used a TY BD-R and 20 mins later got a finished working disc for the client.

(I've read some users encounter problems with massively different file sizes burning straight to disc from Encore but I've never tried it)
