I have over come problem like IRQ, 2GB limit,
Premiere 5.1C to 6 and I still have one final problem can not be solve. I have a dual PIII Xeon with 1GB of RAM, SCSI RAID, W2K Pro with the lastest patch. Panasonic plug-in, FX plug-in, MainConcept 2.04, Huffyuv Codec, TMPGEnc Beta 12.c for SVCD Encoder and WinDVD 2.4 to play final cut. My goal is to caputre my 4 years of Sony Hi-8 (NTSC at 720 X 480)tape to SVCD then go with DV after I done with the Hi-8. The output to TV is like DVD without any problems. But the top and right are visually cut off just a little bit when viewing in computer with MS Media Player, Premiere or WinDVD. The problem appear to be DV.Now.AV device driver or setup issue or maybe a hardware limitation for Anolog device. It has nothing to do with Premiere or other Encoder programs. Please view the snapshot and see if anyone have the same problem. Well, I can not cut and paste the picture into here. But it looks like this.

I have try to call and e-mail in here in the US but I'm not able to talk to a human nor get a respond. I want my final work to be perfect and this is the last block that I need to remove.
