quite an interesting read, and also saves filling up the magazine with adverts...

don't get me wrong, i like the ads, but it's nice to able to find the articles in amongst them! certain magazines don't seem to understand this...

anyway, housing a chunk of extra advertising revenue in a seperate booklet is a great idea!

i take it the CreatIT insert was stuffed into a whole range of mags rather than just CV...?

I know nothing about it - no such booklet is in any of the issues of CV that came into our office.

oh... i see... WH Smiths in Farnborough (hampshire) was the store. i'm pretty sure it was in all of them, but i'll have another look tonight and let you know.

it's basically a load of adverts "carefully selected" by the CreatIT team, for various things ranging from video/graphics software to projectors and interative white boards.

i've done my flicking through it now, so if you fancy a look drop me an email with an address and i'll psot it to you.

Hi'
"The CreateIT network is a marketing programme created and managed by Computers Unlimited... the Publishers of CreateIT, the UK's leading importer and distributor of computer products for professional creative users... CreateIT is a catalogue of products and solutions linked to a network of well-established independent dealers... Viisit www.dealerfinder.co.uk "

Basically the dealers can have their own version, with their own individually branded front/rear cover, as I got an identical version from one of my suppliers.

It lists RRP prices, so is more useful for info than actual shopping :)
