Is there a driver available for Dazzle DVC 11 for WindowsXP (home edition)??

I downloaded the software..it does not work..on trying to load dazzle, i get error report..send to microsoft..Is this software suitable for Win XP?

I do not know anything about DVCII, maybe someone else does? Also, ther may be other web forums that address the program.
