Please help anyone.

I'm using Premiere 6.0 and capturing from Panasonic NV-DS38. Quality of captured and edited video is great on PC. However, when burning to DVD using Instant CD+DVD (believe this could be pinnacle based) the resulting VOB file shows poor quality on playback on PC and TV (horizontal lines on moving edges).

PC is AMD 2800, 2 x 120GB, 1 GB RAM, 128Mb Radeon 9700 Pro.

What can I do to get great quality DVD for TV playback? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Richie.

I think you are useing a second rate program;i.e. Instant CD+DVD.
Ok to use Prem 6 for capture & edit , plus
I find Ulead Dvd Workshop 2 the best rated software to output very good quality Dvd .
Try a trial of this program and you will be very pleased.
Plus you do have an adequet system to make great quality dvds

Hi Richie,
Try using DVD Lab from mediachance. I use it for the DVD production and it is superb. Very good value for money too. Slightly steep initial learning curve but once mastered it is great.
