The readme file mentions a fix for Fast.forward sometimes capturing 4 audiochannels.
I have installed v1.4 and am getting 4 wav files, a1 - a4 for each clip. All four wav files are the same size but files a3 and a4 have no sound.

Yes, that was one of the changes in version 1.4. I am not really sure why it has not worked in your case.
Make sure that when you install a new version of the software, remove the old one first through Add/Remove Programs. Then delete it from the registry (in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE). Then install the new version.
Version 1.5 is now available. You can download it from the Beta Software section of www.dazzle-europe.com, although it is not a beta version, it is now an approved release version.

The only release in the beta section is 1.5 build 0207 for DV.now AV whilst the release in the download section is 1.5 build 0206 B for DV.now (lite).
Would you please tell me which release I need to download. I'm using DV.now.

You need 1.5 build 0207A from the beta section. It can be used for any of the three products in the DV.now range - all three use the same software.

Hi,
I've have now installed v1.5 build 0207 A after having uninstalled v1.4 and removing the registry entry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE.
DV.now is still capturing 4 wav files for the audio channels as described in my previous post.
