FASTER rendering required

Does a CAD graphics card (eg Gloria DCC by ELSA) speed-up/improve the rendering, exporting, encoding and display of animations made in Bryce 5 and projects done in Premiere 6.5 ??

I know this has been semi-covered elsewhere recently, but I would be very grateful if all (5+) questions can be addressed esp. rendering speeds.

Extra memory and a separate hard drive does the job.

Rendering, exporting,etc NO

Display Possibly.

The display adapter is only going to affect what is displayed on your monitor.
