Been adding some of my fishing clips to Youtube..

Don't know if there are any anglers out there but you might find them of interest.

Cheers

Nicely done Gareth. Not that I'm a fisherman of course, but I can appreciate the shots being viewed by enthusiasts.
Love the multi angle views, always keeps the viewer interested, but I'm never keen on the wobbly shots. There weren't many and I understand the filming circumstances.
Maybe a polarising filter will help clear the water for more interesting 'fishy' shots.
Those minor niggles apart, very professionally done. It'll put many videographers shots in the shade.

Do not follow, I may not lead. Do not lead . . . I may not follow.

Hi Branny

thank you for your comments

Yep not always easy in the rough field to be perfectly stable and to get the right audio too. Guess some kind of steadycam, merlin type thing would help....Z1 not the best handheld tool even with shoulder support... I did have a polariser on the camera, and with the angle where the fish were this was the best clearest shots I could get... Wish I'd had a longer lens as you can't get close enough without spooking them...

I know nothing about fishing but enjoyed watching this. Aside a couple of shots I thought it was very well done.

The only thing that really niggled me was the soundtrack. It reminds me of a backing for a holiday video somewhere by the seaside.:) Only because I have used similar on a holiday video I did for St Ives.:) Not really a critiscm I guess, just personal.

Cheers.

Hi Flame

I know what you mean about music... I guess the holiday programmes go to the same music buy out place I do...LOL!!!

If you know of any good affordable 'Buy out' music I'm interested!! This I got from an online UK composer at YoPo ... not my ideal choice but better than the MOR stuff you get from America at much dearer prices.

Here is a young composer who is just breaking into the business. I use him for my documentaries.
