HVR M10U downconvert HDV to DV?

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has a M10U who has downconverted HDV footage to DV. Is this even possible? I always thought it could, but I haven't been able to find a chapter that really explains it. Basically, if you have an HDV movie and want to drop it to a VCR, can you do it? Thanks for any feedback.

THere is a choice in the menu to down convert HDV to DV. The third menu page "In out Record" will let you change the settings.
