Output to DV CAM No WORK

PLEASE I BEG YOU HELP!!!!!

We can not get the a steady stream output from the I.Link to the DV CAM. Input from the DV Cam to capture works great.

We have emailed Dazzle and called them many times but they never answer.

We tried the Dazzle Fast capture card on two different PCs on Three different Cameras and three different operating systems and all the IRQ's. No Good.

PLEASE. IT HAS TO BE A BAD CARD.

PLEASE. WHAT DO WE DO????

What are your output settings? Can it output good analog only? Are you trying output as analog and digital, or digital only?

Have you tried contacting Gary at videoguys first? Call him, and explain
your situation. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't be
surprised if they have you send in the card so they can test it. If it's a
bad card they should be able to replace it and send the bad one back to
Dazzle.

I tried emailing the Video guys and they never helped.

I will call them and ask for help one more time. Having them check it out is a good idea.

The output to analog is fine. Just the output to DV.
