Warning to dc10+ users :

Studio 7 does not work 'out of the box' for us and won't until approx end of August when Pinnacle release the 'dc10+ update'.

They wanted the product out quickly , so dropped dc10+ support from the released version.

Nice touch!

:-(

On the upside, it works very well here (in the half-hour or so I've had to play with it) on a standard OHCI card.

I also have to say that the interface is exceptional - though still needs some improvements in my view.

Assuming it works okay, I can see this being VERY successful, it really is very easy to use, and yet much more powerful than it's probably reasonable to expect of a sub-£100 program.

I think the current version (1.06)is one of the best simple programs around.
I’m not knocking the product, just knocking Pinnacles' customer support .... It was the dc10+ people who suggested most of the updates and they will be the last to be able to use them, even after users of other manufacturers cards.

Considering that the current version doesn’t do everything it should I think that many dc10+ owners feel like they have been beta testers since the card came out and will still have to pay for what should be free.
