Hi all

My home town has recently commissioned a new bridge to be built across Poole Harbour. We are producing a timelapse of the construction - here is a link to the current work-in-progress.

Interesting. Do you have the camera protected inside some sort of cordened off enclosure (presumably with a 'flag' protrusion over the front top of lens) or do you reposition the camera each day using visual markers?

The cameras are there as a semi-permanent install, until the construction is finished. We have pictures sent back to our office as a check that all is well, using a 3g connection.

The cameras will be up until next year, so, they have a lot of work to do. They are designed to cope with the changing weather, and generally seem to do pretty well. Note that during the week they have been in so far, there has been some really heavy rainfall, but they have still delivered.

Excellent work Chris - I'm a sucker for a good time . . . .. lapse :)
