Hi folks
I'm looking to update my editing system this weekend and i'm probably going to get the following:-

AMD ATHLON DDR 1.33Ghz 266Mhz
ASUS A7M266 motherboard
Radeon VE (Dual monitor Edition)

This needs to be compatible with:
Pinnacle DV500 Video editing card
Canon XM1
Premiere 5.1c
...and my old IBM 30Ghz ATA66 drive and Soundblaster Live!

Can anyone foresee any problems with this setup before I start laying out cash.
Any advice gratefully received.

Cheers, Ross

Can't comment on potential conflicts, but would suggest you increase the Ram to 512MBytes, and think about an additional hard disc or Raid Array. Finally I think you'll find that upgrading from 5.1c to 6 in Premiere would be a significant benefit
