When I try to trim a project in Adobe Premiere I get an Error message:
An error occured while trimming the project
Unknown error.

I have a Win 2000 computer with Premiere 5.1c. I don t know why I am getting this message. I think that I have enough space in the computer and everything else in Premiere is working fine.

I have not seen that error message, but before going any further, I would try the following:

First, make sure that you have installed the latest DV.now software, version 1.5, and that it was installed after Premiere. Then, check all the project settigs in Premiere, the format should by FAST DV PAL, and the frame rate should be 25 fps. If you have done all this and it still happens, let us know.

I have the version 1.5 (Build 0206_B) of the DV.nowAV software. And I installed everything step by step as is said in the manual. I also checked all the settings you have suggested and everything seems fine. I also tryed to make a new project with just one imported file and it didnt work.

Sorry, but I am not familiar with that error message. Have you asked your local support centre or reseller in the Czech Republic if they know what causes this error? Alternatively, you could also ask Adobe what it means.

Are there any other users who have seen it? Please post your experiences here if you have seen this error message or know what causes it.
