Has anybody heard back from rebatestatus.com to check the status of our $19.99 Premiere upgrade. I linked to them form dazzle.com, filled out all the info, and haven't heard anything from them. Do they tell you when your product has been mailed or do they just collect our personal info? Thanks.
p.s. Thanks Dazzle for giving us this upgrade at a great price!

At least sometimes (but not always) they send an e-mail response. But if it has been 8 weeks, call the phone number and be persistent. Eventually one of the key press options will find a real person.
