Sony Type Battery Problems

Just recently my Sony NX5e has occasionally been giving a message saying the the battery (non genuine) is not compatable but I`ve used this battery many times before without this happening. Now my NEX30e is coming up with the same when I use a large capacity Hahnel battery, again used many times before! Anyone got any ideas please?

Hi Barry

Have you updated the Firmware on any of the Cams? Sometimes the updates can restrict OM equipment.
