I'm using a Sony DCR-TRV330 and trying to input via DV(as opposed to analog) and I get nothing. I'm using Fast.forward and I've switched the control panel to DV and plugged the cables in to the appropriate spots. No picture. I plug in the analogs and switch the control panel and it works fine. DV no workie. Am I missing some setting or something? Anyone get this camera to work with the DVNow.av?

Some things to check.
Does Windows see the camcorder attached?
Are you using the FF or Windows IEEE1394 driver? Be sure you are using the FAST IEEE 1394 driver.
Have you tried having the camcorder connected and powered on before you boot the PC? This helps with some eyetems.

1) I am using the Fast1394 drivers, the latest version for WinXP. I don't even have Windows 1394 drivers installed.
2) WindowsXP does not see the camera in My Computer. Should it?
3) I did not install any drivers for the camcorder. Should I have?
4) I rebooted with the camera on and connected, no difference.
