HEEELLLPPP!!! I found out that this website is useful. I'm totally a newbie in editing. My PC encountered VMCPD(01)+0000061C Error:0D:0028:C0058358 and freezes and need to do a manual boot up. This happens very frequently. Anyone really knows why this problem occurs to me. Currently I'm using 32mb of graphic card, 640 RAM, 40 Gb Harddisk, P4 running on WIN ME and IEEE. Please help !!

What are you doing when it freezes up?

Does it only freeze up while video editing, capture, or at other times as well? Do you have the latest drivers installed for yor video card and all the Windoews ME patches as well as the latest DV.now AV drivers?

Its freezes now and than, especially while clicking on "play"

I think the driver is correct, i can see that WIN ME detected my card.

How can know if my WINME has an updated patches and what is dv.now av?

Sorry for all the queries..i'm a genuine newbie

This forum manly supports users of the Dazzle/FAST DV.now AV capture card and associated software, so questions are assumed to relate to it unelss otherwise noted.

You can use the Windows Update feature to check for updates to most of the versions of Windows. It is at the Microsoft web site. If not alweready on your system, go to the MS support page for your version of windows.

Note that is is not uncommon to encounter capture and/or playback problems if using the same hard disk for both system files and video.

For updates to other drivers, check with the corresponding product vendor.
