Not a redesign or anything, I just happened to see that other people had their site designs posted up; and thought I'd share my new header plate.
I think that it's a fair upgrade in look compared to previously; and has already been commented on as looking like I'm 'in the thick of things', so it's definitely giving off the right vibe work wise.
