Can someone out there please help me. I did evrything suggested, including gatting win2k to remove the 4 gig limit. I do a show that lasts a half hour.

Windows can not find the fast c-cube driver and therefore cannot install the pci device. There remains a yellow question mark.
If I open dv.now.av it only shows a distorted capture screen.

Why oh, why did I buy a product when the only support available is by someone here in another country who doesn't use the equipment!!!! Am I stuck with a $500.00 peice of doo doo?

I pray not...Ron.

Dazzle do support the product in the USA. They have a support centre at their office in Fremont, California, providing support by phone and e-mail. You can find the details on www.dazzle.com.

Most folks do not have problems.

Do you have the 1.5 drivers (build 207a)?

So tell us about your system and what devices Windows does see. Does it see an 1394 device? A FAST multimedia device?

Excuse me but, I have tried that route many a time, as many people have tono avail. Dazzle has no idea on how your product works. Everytime I have spoken to someone (which I have achieved very few times, they forward one to a voice mail machine after having one on hold for a half hour never to return my message, as thousands of other owners of dazzle products will contest to, let's be honest please, I am sure this is no the first time you have heard this.

It sees more than one FAST C-cube devices? As far as I know, there is only one, unless you have someother boards installed as well.

Not sure about WIN2000, but wiht WIN98 best if only the three FAST devices are onthe same IRQ, and nothing else.

I checked, all IRQ are the same. I got the drivers working, see my new posting. It's somewhere between the video card and the fast card. I get fine sound, I can capture, it's just that my video view box is distorted, looks like when the scew on a video player needs to be adjusted.

What graphics card do you have? Just for kicks I threw in an ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon into my machine, and it did the same thing you describe. I know the DV.now AV has to be the only capture card in your system, and the AIW is a capture card also.

It seems to be between the video card and the capture card. As you see in Adobe it
still happens, the picture straightens out in pause mode. Also if I reneder let's say a
mpeg1 for video the final product (mpeg) plays just fine.
