Have the above HD to Disc duplicator DVD-668 and one of the burners has given up the ghost when copying to CD. It's OK when duplicating DVD's. Would like to change the faulty burner and I believe that these are Pioneer 109's. Can I put in any make of burner (IDE type) and will this be ok with the other 2 Pioneer ones?
Also I changed the original 160GB HD to a 250GB one so with the above DVD replacement be more/less difficult?

Yes I have noticed your post and keeping an eye on it for the time being. My 1 - 3 dupe. is busy at the moment (DVD's) but I have been asked to do a large batch of CD's which could be the start of long association with an artist and would mean more duplication requirements. BTW does your DVD duplicators have a HD fitted and if so what size?

Many people do mix drives and seem to get away with it.
3 new drives would cost less than fifty quid so not much of a gamble if adding just one doesn't work.
Just priced a replacement Pioneer 118(?) at £25 so now off to the PC shop to get one.

That's the one I bought, Gavin. Had to get it quite quickly as there was a job pending. Fitted and working perfectly (for now). BTW Aria is a good company to deal with
