Hi all,
I've been thinking of getting one of these for my Sony TRV-30 so I can use some Sennheisers (balanced but not 48v phantom powered). I had a look at the spec at http://www.optexint.com/digivid/beachtek/dxa4s2.htm and am still a little unclear if the output from the Beachtek plugs directly into the MIC input of the DVCAM and has suitable attentuation and impedance matching to do this properly (is this what Line Level Attenuation: Approx. -50dB specifically means?). Sorry if this is a dumb question but there is only a MIC input on the Sony, no provision for line levels.

Thanks, Mark
