I have a mini-DV tape which is virtually unwatchable due to being recorded with misaligned heads (recorded after cam-corder was dropped but before it expired completely) The tape is of my parents Ruby Wedding party, so vey important to me. Are there any companies in UK who would be able to recover this tape onto another DV tape for me. Some advice would be very much appreciated.

We've got a couple of DV/DVCam players and can usually play dicky tapes in at least one of them.
