HELP! HELP!

I get this really anoying 'Program Error GPF' in w2k with premiere 6 and Dazzle DV.now AV. This happens everytime I try to scroll the clips in the Project window. When I look at the log created by DrWatson, I see the exception number c0000094 (divide by zero). The function where the error happens is 'GetClipVideo'. This function seems to be inside 'preminfo.dll'

Anybody encountered that??

Please, I cannot work with that!

Thanks

Hi Moviestar,

It sounds like you haven’t installed Dv.now AV in the recommended sequence. Before you do anything else uninstall Premiere, Ligos and the drivers for Dv.now. Reboot your machine. You should Install all the software and drivers in the following sequence:

1) Adobe Premiere
2) Ligos (LSX-Mpeg for Adobe Premiere)
3) DVDit
4) Drivers for Dv.now AV

Romeo

This is what I did:

1) Installed Premiere 6
2) Installed DV.now AV 1.6.0240
3) Installed Premiere update 6.01

Is my problem is because of the update?
In the affirmative, don't you find it painfull to uninstall DV.now AV everytime you update Premiere?????

Did you install the FF V1.6, 240 build over an older release? If so, did yo uninstall the older release first?
