Although we have not tested with that specific motherboard, it should work fine. I have been reading about it on Asus' website and could not see anything that would cause a problem. In fact, Asus are one of the motherboard manufacturers that we recommend.

I am using ASUS A7A 266 with AMD Athlon 1.2 Gh, and it works fine as for now.
