I'm sure this has been coverd before but I would like a guide as where to start
I use miro DV300 and Adobe 4.2 (or 5.1 if I'm forced to) to compile normal video for tape.
Ive been putting some short films together on CD for power Point presentations on other standard PC's
I use the presentation settings in premiere at 320 x 240 and 15 frames per sec and make movie. This works OK but on some PC's it can be a bit jerky. First of all will MPEG be better, if so how do I get my films into MPEG format, is it hard or software?
any guidance appreciated.
