Im wondering how you do this in vegas 6 :confused:
I have made a short video of my mates car and I want to blur the numberplae but the car is obviously moving.
Any ideas how you do this?

Copy the clip to below the main one and drop a Gaussian Blur onto it to get the blur you want. The Put a cookie filter on the top clip and move and size to the area and then key frame along the duration of the clip, this makes a hole in the top clip to show the clip below, which has the bur, or another thing you wish to do.
