Cleaning up noise from digital photos

While trolling the web I found a programme called neatimage which cleaned up the noise from my digital photos and from the single frames I often select from my video work. I am usually sceptical of such programmes 'improving' my images. However, in this case the improvement was real and I could not detect any downside. The free demo download was more than adequate for my needs and can be found at http://www.neatimage.com. I am in no way connected with the company nor the product.
