DVMaster audio to tape

Hi,
My DVM worked okay until a couple of weeks ago. It would capture and play sound as usual but would not record it out to tape. I checked all the audio controls I could find, reinstalled software versions 1.1, 1.2, and 1.7. Removed and reinstalled the board. Nothing has remedied the problem. This is a dual boot, dual processor system. I only used the board on Win95. I have now removed the board and am trying to install a firewire card (no luck yet). "Upgraded" to W2000 (for the new firewire) and Keeping Win95 in the event someone can tell me how to fix the DVM problem. Any suggests are appreciated. If there is a problem with the DVM is it possible to repair it at a reasonable cost?
Thanks,
Tom Hand

Make sure that the card has its own IRQ between 9 and 15. It will not work if it is sharing an IRQ.
But unfortunately, it does sound more like a faulty card than a IRQ conflict. Find out from the dealer you bought it from if it can be repaired/replaced.
