DV.Now installation nightmare

Hello all,

system: Asus A7V133 / T-bird1.2ghz/ matrox G450 / win2k sp2

I tried all possible configurations on the PCI slots, and everytime I start premiere 5.1c it gives me the BSOD with the error msg: NOTL_LESS_OR_EQUAL...

I have only the DV.Now board plus one NIC card, so I´m using only 2 PCI slots; I tried slot 1 and noticed it shares IRQ with the AGP video card; slot 2 shares IRQ with the Promise ATA100 controller; slot 3 shares IRQ with the onboard Yamaha sound chip; slot4 and 5 both shares IRQ with the USB controller, so I disabled the onboard sound and installed DV.Now on slot3 and assigned IRQ 5, no go, then assigned IRQ 10 and also no go, everytime same error mentioned above.And all the time it had its own IRQ, not sharing with anything else.

I´ve just downloaded the latest driver for everything, which is not that much as I don´t have many things installed, even sp2 for win2k; Matrox card also with latest driver as of today and also the latest build for the DV.Now card, so what´s going on?

Anyone has a solution for a capture card that actually works on this kind of system without any troubles, God, I just want to capture some clips, I don´t plan to spend the rest of my life to get this board to work, actually, I´d prefer some capture card that don´t need any aditional software to capture things, is there any card out there that lets you capture directly in Premiere?:
