Not that I ever look for such things, but it makes sense to have a listing of music sites that others have found, so here goes:

http://www.jamendo.com/en/creativecommons
http://www.shockwave-sound.com/
http://www.stock20.com/commerce/index.php
http://www.akmmusic.co.uk/
http://www.musicbakery.com/

If you want your favourite site added (or bad one taken off), send me a PM and I'll do it. Beware that not all these sites are free, but each has come recommended by a contributor hereabouts.

Get my test cards document, and cards for 625, 525, 720 and 1080. Thanks to Gavin Gration for hosting them.
Camera settings documents are held by Daniel Browning and at the EBU
My book, 'Circles of Confusion' is available here.
Also EBU Tech.3335 tells how to test cameras, and R.118 tells how to use the results.
