Aghhhhh, I need help please.
I bought a 2nd hand Sony EX1 and the firmware needs updating. But, I need a Driver for the camera and I don't have a disc. I'm being sent around the houses online to find the Driver to download.
Is there someone on this forum that has a EX1 that can lend me the disc or direct and instruct me how and where to download it ?

Which firmware is your camera currently on?
Just be sure to read all the horror stories before you go ahead. It's quite critical to upgrade the correct version over the previous one too.

The Sony PMW-EX1 does not allow for the firmware to be upgraded by the end user. I am assuming you want the latest firmware so that you can use the SXS adapter cards for SD class 10 cards. The camera must be sent to Sony for this upgrade.

That's not correct.
You can download the EX1 firmware (currently v1.3) from the Sony website and install it yourself.
