Bought my DV.Now AV in January, and finally got past "Hardware not found or not working properly" yesterday. Upgraded my computer from a PIII with Abit BE-6 to a TBird 1.33 and EPoX 8KTA3+ (KT133A) and finally had C-Cube found, but still had "Hardware not found" when using FAST 1.4. Tried the FAST 1.5 that came with Premier 6.0 upgarde, and this fixed it. Still having some stability problems, but won't ask for help until I've spent some time trying things.

Have a look on the DV.now forum at the topic called 'Frequently Asked Questions.' It contains a few suggestions which might solve your problem.

I see you are in CA - NTSC land. If using V1.5 with Premiere 5.1c, be sure to apply the Build 207 patch that can be D/L from the dazzle-europe web site in the Beta-software section.

If using premiere 6.0, suggest you might want to try use the V1.6 software from the same location.

My stability problems seem to have been related to my video card - a Diamond Viper V770 Ultra. The most recent drivers are not very new, and any way, I wanted to reap the benifits, if any, of a newer card with AGP 4X. I installed an ATI Radeon 64 Meg DDR board today, and so far it seems stable.

One odd thing, however. The DV.NOW AV is on IRQ 5, along with the High-Point RAID controller. IRQ's 10 and 11 are unused. I was told that if I were to free up IRQ 11, that the DV.NOW would use it. I was able to get the card on it's own IRQ on both an Intel and an Abit MB, but it didn't work. Now I can't get it alone on the Epox, but it does work. Strange.
