Microsoft announces FLEXGO its system that allows users initially in undeveloped countries to use the pre paid mobile phone model to buy pc's

One interesting point in all this is that there have been rumours of ISP's for example cable companies offering this type of program in an attempt to make pc technology more accessable for the less affluent.
Makes for an interesting model, could be used for a variety of products that are pc based to increase market share, and offer alternative financing.
