Have MP4 videos made with Vegas Movie Studio that play well on a Hudl tablet but are not accepted by the phone. They are on a micro SD formatted to FAT16 by the phone and can be reached but not played by ES3 File Explorer. Vegas offers two MP4 codecs but phone plays neither.
Any ideas please.

This seems to be a known Samsung issue with a workaround
