Evening all,
I have an old Netgear DG814 modem/router, does anyone know if it's possible to set up a network of 2 pc's with a nas drive, in addition to having one of the pc's connected to my homehub.
What I'm aiming for is a network that is not connected to the www, I have 2 network cards for each of the pc's so, no problem there.
Thought I might ask on here first before commiting to pulling out my cases (major operation)

I drink to steady my nerves. Last night I got so steady I couldn't move. Wedding video essex

yes it can be done
card 1 in each pc is wired to the router and attach the nas too

card 2 is wired to the home hub

ip addresses for the homehub connections get issued by dhcp from the homehub , and the ip addresses for the local network get issued by dhcp on the other router
