Other than Celeries I reckon that 700MHz will soon be difficult to find. Consider Asus A7V and Athlon 800-1000 depending on budget. Really excellent and dead easy to configure if you RTFM.

You can put lots of HDDs on A7V which is always nice for editing.

Duron are excellant value for money- and fast.
I have an Abit KT7 raid mobo, which needed a bit of setting up, but an Asus A7V would be fine also.
I feel that all newer mobo's will perform all that's required, but some are extremely stable now - esp if you can run win2000 rather than win 98 or win ME ( I run win ME and do ok)

Ive noticed a post in the hardware section about an issue wth DV500/Asus A7v but it's probably nothing that can't be easily solved.

The 133Mhz versions of both the A7V and KT7 are now available (A7V133 and KT7A) and give a significant speed increase. The 800Mhz Durons are very good value but I would go for a Athlon 1Ghz or 1.1Ghz, they cost the same as an 800 PIII !
