Hello,
I will be doing a commentary track with somebody over Skype. What will be the best way to record the audio, does anybody have any actual experience on recording Skype conversations for projects? I have a set of headphones / mic from Maplins which plugs directly into my PC. In regards to software, I have software which records whatever audio is coming into the system - but is there anything a little more polished that anybody has used?

OK I tried using Skype Audio Recorder from DVDVideoSoft, however the results were not very good. Noticeable noise which I will be able to clean up in post, however the recipient to the call sounds like a robot. Very robotic voice. Is this the software? Skype?
