Hi All
My 2 year old Sony InfoLITHIUM 7.2v Battery - NP-F550 has just died with no signs of deterioration beforehand. These batteries normally hold their charge well, this one has no life at all, it will not charge at all. What is the normal life expendancy for these beasts.
Any thoughts ?

The 930 I got with my VX9000 pretended to die after 2 and a half years.
It turned out to be a faulty charger - Luckily I have a few Sony chargers (I once bought 2 from Currys for £2.50 each because they where old stock & nobody could be bothered to find a proper barcode for them!).
Out of around a dozen NPF's (plus 2 from Tandy) that's the only trouble we've had - and they all get well cycled/hammered.
