I sent off an email today that was promptly bounced back by my isp, Orange. I then tried to send the same email via the mail service on the orange home page and it was refused stating that I was using some word or character that could not be accepted.
This has happened to me only once before and bizzarely it was an email regarding the same subject; remedial works to a sandstone wall.
I correctly guessed the offending word then and deleted this before sending the email - this time succesfully. Believe or not the first email was refused because I indicated the stone had a 'tooled' finish, a correct stone dressing term.
I have no idea what the latest trigger word but it clearly illustrates that our emails are being analysed
