Hi sorry if this is in a previous thread
is there a undo function on this program, and if so were is it, this program seems harder to get to grips with the say the one thats in LE 6 is there some site which has some training
Iam using the one in Avid 7
thanks
Ian there is a good forum with some very helpful people on it
http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/read_forums.asp?WebboardID=14&ForumID=1241&SectionID=85&lng=1
All I can say is that in LE6 every window has it's own undo, in Titledeko (not pro) it's just under the fonts list on the left.
Mick
Thanks Mick
I will check it out

Having downloadid the upgrade to 7.2 iam having a problem, if you double click on eithier
the clips or the timeline window the image fills the screen ok, but sometimes when i double click to go back both the windows are black clicking clips or the timeline still black
Only way to resolve is to shut down edition and open again and there fine untill the next time
Anybody know a fix
What are your system specs?
Sounds like something to do with the video overlay settings of your graphics card not getting restored after running in full screen mode.
Does the preview window not return when you scrub up and down the timeline? I get this occasionally but the preview image always returns if I just move the timeline cursor.
Are you running the latesy drivers for your graphics card?
Just a few ideas.
Thanks Matthew
The system was built by Red Submarine last Dec 06 it has intel(R) core (tm)2CPU 6700@ 2.66GHz, 2.00 of ram and the graphic card is a Nvidia Geforce 7600Gt which at the time was a powerfull computer so i was told
The problem seemed to start after downloading the 7.2 patch, the only way to get it working is to exit Avid and then go back into it and its ok till the next time
The system should be fine although if you search through the Avid Liquid forums youll find a general preference amongst users for ATI cards. there are more reports of problems with Nvidia - having said that the 7600GT does not appear to be one of the culprits so should be fine.
So I have four suggestions:-
1) Post your enquiry on the Avid forum at :- http://forums.pinnaclesys.com/forums/139/ShowForum.aspx
there are alot of helpful people there with better technical expertise than me.
2) Check you are running the latest drivers for you nvidia card
3) consider a complete re-install of Liquid 7.2 on a clean system using the full installer - again instructions are on the AL forum
4) Refer to Red Sub - I assume the system is still under warrantee
While I may be happy tinkering with settings on my own machine I'm not really qualified to tell others what to do beyond the basics - I wouldnt want you to screw youe up on my account!
Good luck - post any solutions you find out
