For those of you who thought that my previous video about the Clueless Competitor was mean-spirited, I offer this first draft of my latest project. Life gives one many opportunities to atone for one's sins and this video is certainly pure of heart. It's about a 5 mile charity run held on Thanksgiving Day.

The challenge with this video is that it is intended for TWO outlets. I am making it for a fitness website and also for the sponsoring organization, an insurance company. I attempted to give equal time to both the fitness aspect and the charity aspect of the run. How well did I do? Your opinions and suggestions are always greatly appreciated.

It's a short piece about a kindly bunch of souls that not only give up their lies-in bed, but go on a 5 mile run. The interviews cam over well, and you managed to get shots of some the speakers on camera, doing some running too. Nice touch. For me it works as a mini-documentary. You got the people interest in there.
I'd guess it does the life insurance company are hoping to see. But from the fitness website's goal? Not sure. I don't recall seeing too much about the need to stay fit.

Thanks for your input Billwill!

I thought it was a little thin on the fitness side too, but it turns out that there WAS enough about fitness in the video to please the website editor! I suppose just the concept of people exercising on a day that is normally reserved for gluttony was enough of a message for her.
