Can someone tell me if video overlay works in NT4?
I know it's video card dependent, but does it work under NT given the right video card or is this just a Win95/98/ME feature?

The video overlay window in AV Master is disabled under Windows NT.
If you use an AV Master under Windows NT, you have to have an external monitor attached to view the video.
