White Balance corrections at Editing stage

I have just completed the filming of a film and I have 20 tapes. Some of
my White balancing is incorrect, sometimes a bad choice of position and
other times mixed tungsten, daylight and tubes.
Is there an easy way please to maintain a white balance standard -
correcting one or two shots is ok but I need to correct against some kind of
standard? I read a write up in one of the current mags but the price for the software was well over £300.

My editing software is MS Studio Pro 6 with a Raptor capture card.
