Windows Media Server Mulitcast Streaming logs

Can anyone help. Below is an extract from a streaming log created from windows media server for a multicast stream. I can see from this the IP addresses of who has accessed the stream and information such as the version number of their media player, however what isn't shown is their username. Is this something I have to switch on? I know that only when someone disconnects from the stream is anything actually logged because it is multicast, but I can't see why it doesn't bring up their username. Any help would be appreciated.

I am broadcasting from an encoder on one machine to win2K server running on another machine using the MSBD protocol. I did find a section in one of the help files saying that when using the MSBD protocol there is no logging, but I can getting the below. Why can't I get the rest of it?

(this log make more sense if you are running at 1280 resolution or above). (I have xxx off the IP addresses for security)
