Hi,

There is a system in this country (UK) being rolled out at the moment it's called "Hot Spots" they will be located in city centres near old phone boxes and people with handheld wireless equipment/devices will be able to surf and phone using the latest IP technology.

Just think, my childern will be able to stand around phone boxes in the streets just like I usedto do when I was young.

Watch this space, coming near you soon.

Jim Bird.

This is "WiFi" or 802.11b, or (Apple) "Airport" standard wireless networking. If you already have such a card in your laptop/PC, then you're "Hotspot" ready, already.
